New ‘19 Laramie owner here. Just got my truck on Friday.

Has anyone seen these spots under a glass display before? Something I can remedy… yes or no? Thank you.

Well, hell… I never even thought of that. Is that a thing on these units?

ya might be a screen protector, you might bee in luck with a simple fix.

As mentioned, maybe an aftermarket screen protector, luckily not the delamination of the digitizer, which is very common on these 8.4" Unconnect displays.

Don't worry in the future if it's the screen and out of warranty, it's a relative cheap fix, the screen can be replaced with a much better one from Cuescreens for about $350. If you are very handy, you can just replace the digitizer for about $25, and some elbow grease.

Not a big deal to be honest in the worse case scenario, but doesn't even look like you have that issue.

Still have this issue active and have not been able to “feel” any kind of screen protector. Does anyone have any other ideas… display going bad perhaps?

If not a screen protector then your screen is delaminating. This is where the digitizer is being released by the liquid crystal under the digitizer from the LCD. You can replace yourself if you have the skills just make sure to use a screen that won't delaminate again. LG made these screens and their first two versions had this defect. Last two after that work perfectly with no risk of delamination. If you rather not fix it yourself we offer a repair service for these type of units in which we use the good screens and our repair comes with a warranty for peace of mind. Click Here.
