4months ago I had this code come up I replaced the grill shutter and air dam. Later found out from dealer it was a blown fuse. Now the engine light is back on with same code. Any suggestions?

mines at the dealer as we speak
$1200
5 hours labor and 1 bad wiring harness.
If my check engine light wasn’t an issue in Illinois with emissions, then I would just live with it
