Looking for help ...
I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Sport with remote start. In cold weather it turns on the driver's seat heat and steering wheel, however it's not turning on the passenger seat heat. I know about the options in the u-connect but it only turns on the driver's side heat, no passenger seat option. I have Alphaobd, and the security gateway pass connector but can't find anywhere to turn on the passenger seat with the remote start. Anyone have ideas as to how I can turn the passenger seat on with remote start. Thanks in advance

That's not an option. Not everyone has a passenger so there's no reason to activate it.

my 24 the same, no auto passengers heated seat. 75 % of the time I have no passenger.

And that's why it isn't an option. I guess others have a passenger 100% of the time. Me, it's only like 10%. I don't know of any vehicle that has that option.

I'm not sure but you could try selecting the "synch" on the touch screen area under the seat and steering wheel symbol (this selection remain in the memory)

I haven't tried yet, but it's the only idea that comes to my mind

if it s the same sync as the temperature then it didn t work for me. My system is on sync and only the drivers side heats up the seat/wheel.

I think it is another....
with the touch screen turned on, in this point which I have highlighted in yellow, a symbol appears. if you tap it, you see a small screen to turn on the seats, cool the seat and heat the steering wheel. just below that is a new synch button.

I roll with sync on all the time so that won't do it. I get it that there's not always a passenger but it would be nice if they had a setting that you could turn on that when you remote start and triple click the button (or something similar), it activates both seat heaters....even better would be quad-click or hold or something like to turn on the rear seat heaters as well. Bonus!

Or make it an option in the app to selectively turn on each seat heater/vent via the app. That should be a pretty easy thing to do.
There's a lot of easy customization things they could do. I wish there was more options for sure.

I ve had vehicles where you could leave the front seats ON when parking and it would resume same setting when re starting.

As much as it may be an inconvenience not to to be able to have the passenger seat heat function on remote start, the seats do heat up extremely quickly after turning them on manually.
