2019 RAM Limited UConnect problem

Hello From Germany,

i have a 2019 RAM Limited. If i use the temperature buttons (blue and red one on the side next to the Display) the temperature went only from min to max. No steps beween. If I type Climate, I can set it on the touch Display with various temperatures!?
My 2022 had not have this. The temperature was able to set with the buttons. In this way on my 2019 the buttons are useless then!?
Next Problem is, that there is no control for the passenger seat heating and cooling. If I open the window on the UC there is no passenger side!?
Any suggestions?
Seen the Carfax report an the build date must be in 2018. So it must be one of the first 5th gens

my guess... and it may be off, but a setting is wrong if you get all hot or all cold. your truck needs to be set to Dualzone ATC control. when it is set to single zone that is the problem we see. do you have alfaobd to check?
