I have a 2019 Ram 3500 Limited 4x4 with 12 inch panel. Nothing works anymore. No day time running lights, no lock controls , no towing controls, Nothing including the GPS. It will not activate. Have taken to the dealer and no one seems to know how to fix or reprogram the panel or system so it will operate again. I have been paying for the subscription and are thinking I will cancel and demand a refund if someone can not fix it.

Sounds like your UAX module may be giving or has given out on you. If the screen will not power on and no radio function via the physical buttons then your module is dead. You can try swapping it out for a new one or used one. As long as its the same part number as yours it will be a direct swap.
