This won't go away..anyone had success getting rid of this?..I've done just about everything..reset default..disconnect battery...bunch of other stuff I can't even remember..
 
Are you plugging something into a USB hub? If so, if the radio does not like the device/cord, try different hub locations, and different cords from hub to device. Verify the cord/device combo works on another device and can get a successful connection with the same combo. If that works/does not work then start working on eliminating the defective link/ device. Once the combination works try the hubs in the truck again.

I fixed it somewhat..I took the phone end of my charging chord and put it in the port above the big one and it went away....

The bottom ports are data ports. The top are just charging I think.
