Memory Seats stops short

2024 Ram 1500 Limited. When I get in and start the truck my memory seat will begin moving. The issue I’m having is that the seat will always stop short of my setting by about 2 inches and I have to hit the 1 button to complete it. Anyone have this issue or a fix?

Dumb question maybe, but do you have the key fob synced to the right setting?
