Dinner tonight

We bought this Prime Rib in anticipation of Christmas, but it didn;t get used so it's been taking up a bit of freezer space. So today it spent a few hours on the Weber. It takes a long time to cook 13 lbs of Prime Rib! View attachment 180734

Looks like you're going to need help eating that. I'll be right over!

My wife is an awesome cook. Always tell her that if she somehow ever got laid off, she should open a restaurant. Easter dinner was lamb and ribs which I didn't get a picture of. This raspberry cake was dessert.

Here’s a gumbo I made awhile back. The pot was full but I forgot to take a picture before we ate haha

Man, that prime rib looks like a feast! Reminds me of this spot I went to near Wynyard. It’s got this chilled vibe and the food hits the spot—like they take classic dishes but give them a fresh twist. If you’re ever not in the mood to cook and want something solid, check out this restaurant wynyard. I’m a big fan of their flavors.
