Loose A Pillar grab handle

My driver's side grab handle is loose when I pull on it (lifted truck so it's used frequently).

Before I dig in, what's the deal with these? Are they known to break or should I just need to tighten it?

Anyone K own a part number for them? 2019 (5th Gen) Laramie in black.

Not known the break at all. Just pull the caps and see if they need tightened. Should be a 10mm socket.

Didn't realize it would be that simple. Just checked, and yes quite loose. Added a touch of blue locktite so they (hopefully) don't lossen up again.
