33 x 12.5 x 18 on fuel rim with a +20 offset fit on a stock 2022 1500 limites longhorn

Hey guys new to the forum. Just picked up a 2022 Ram 1500 Limited Longhorn. Came across a good deal on a set of Fuel wheels with 33x12.5x18 tires mounted. The rims are stamped ET20 which I assume is a positive 20 offset. Any idea if these will fit without the need of a lift or level?

Watch as some 18's do not fit because of calipers being big. I would fit them before buying. OEM wheels are 9" +19 offset mostly

Tire might also hit the UCA because of that positive offset.
