OEM headlight lens swap

Hello all! I have a 19 1500 Laramie with a cracked led headlight, I’m trying to find out if the OEM halogen headlights are the same housing so I can swap the lens over since the halogen lights are a few hundred cheaper.
(New member here so forgive me if this is in the wrong spot, I searched a little before posting)

I have not checked out headlights since buying my Ram in the fall of 2018 but from what I recall the LEDS are sealed units and the whole unit is replaced at substantial cost. There are more posts on the forum about aftermarket replacements but I am not familiar with the title of the posts. The search function is not the best in my experience with the 5th Gen Forum, often I do better with google. The below may assist you on what your possibilities are and lead to an aftermarket option. The LEDS are great and add a level of safety with my old eyes and accepted the potential liability expense. Talking with a mechanic it appears today's vehicles often require substantial parts removal to change the headlight units. My 2006 Honda Accord requires going through the wheel well to change the headlight bulb. I figure complications come with progress and improvements.

Swapping Halogen Light assembly for LED assembly?

Hey guys, I'm considering buying a 2019 Big Horn. It has all that I want except the LED assembly. Is it possible to do a straight swap to the non projector LED setup? I like that one a lot. They look like the same shape. Thoughts?

2019 LED head lights

I like my reflector LED's in MY 19. 100% better than the Quads that were on MY 15 ED. And the ole fog light/turn on as sidemarker when turning is a nice feature also. Since I am on a slightly rural road, gotta have good lights, or dem Baby Deers gonna get U,. Just a Saying....
