All ready have an ECSS assigned to me for the last 5+ months to attempt to deal with the issues (after have a CSS for 1+ month) that I have been having. Was told the only other option is TopCare and that my ECSS handles cases for them too, so it wouldn't really matter.
There are no other...
I can't even get mine into the dealership as their body shop (which is the only one that deals with "wind noises") has been so backed up with 1500 water leaks. Going on 6 months of this pain.
Love the truck, but shouldn't have to carry ear plugs with me so I can drive in peace at times.
As a former 3rd Gen 2500 owner, this is not even close to the death wobble feeling (from years of traumatic experiences from it).
This (2019 issue) is something you "could" live with if you really wanted to and still drive. The DW issue caused me not to drive my truck at all and when I did...

I was starting to slow down for a red light, speed was 60mph and was probably coasting down to 40mph when it happened (in drive, not reverse...). Just had the !BRAKE! red screen pop-up on the cluster and brakes slam on...
This is more of a service writer \ adviser being an idiot than anything. The coupon has a code on it, they enter it into their system and it pulls it up. It is supposed to drive traffic to their shop so you have other work done and they keep customers. Money-wise, it works out for them between...
