What did you do to your Ram today???

I have the rear camera setup as a cabin cam so it is right next to the mirror watching the whole cab.

2020 1500 Laramie 5.7 Hemi, Rear Window leak

Look at TSB 23-098-23, that covers 2019 - 2021 Ram 1500's for the leak now up to 150,000 miles and 8 years. Apparently they will replace the rear window with a revised version of the window that won't crack. Link to post referencing the the new TSB's released for our trucks...

    2020 Ram 1500 BTS with 295/60r20 no lift/no rub

My Built to Serve has the Offroad Group on it with Heavy Duty struts and I have found that these Atturo's run undersized, they actually measure out to be like 33.5" tires instead of 34.2" like they are advertised. But no rub unless you are full lock and flexing a bit. Or have a full cab...

Did you put a level on yours? Or does yours have the Air Suspension on it?

    2020 Ram 1500 BTS with 295/60r20 no lift/no rub

Well I have owned this thing since April 2020 and I finally got around to throwing new tires on it. Atturo X/T's 295/60r20. Bought a level thinking I needed it, found out it wasn't even needed. Clears without issue. Doesn't even rub the mud flaps. That's a win. I think the only thing I might do...

    Official Built to Serve Thread

I reached out to Ram Care about it, ultimately it took threatening to leave the vehicle with them and pulling the lemon law on them. They know the vehicle isn't right but they won't replace the struts because Ram doesn't believe that there is anything wrong with them spec wise. The shop manager...

Yeah mine did the same thing, they had to replace the struts to fix the issue. After they did that, the issue went away completely.

Curious, has anyone put the black TRX rims and tires on their BTS yet? I'm seriously considering it and wanted to see if maybe someone had them already.

My dealer had to loosen everything up and re-align everything, but I'm an odd case, I would say let them do their directed procedure and see how it feels after, if it still doesn't feel right, they will put it back on the rack and straighten it out, that shouldn't be an issue, you will notice...

That's a right handsome truck. Kinda makes me want to trade my black one in for it.

Update on the odd suspension issue after the recall, the dealership is finally agreeing to replace the front struts to attempt to see if it fixes the issue and to also satisfy me with my concerns of the strut being damaged internally when the swap occurred. I was able to get the part number from...

    Official Built to Serve Thread

Does anyone have the part number for struts on the front of our rigs? I want to see if my front struts are correct on my rig. I'm really tired of arguing with Ram about the ride quality of my truck so I'm trying to dig up some more info on the struts that we are supposed to have to pair to the...

this is like 3-4 bounces to stabilize out where before it barely even shrugged at this bump. This is why I'm upset, that set of tracks I've gone over at least 500 times in the last year going to and from work. Being told there is nothing wrong when I know that ride is what bugs me the most. Soon...
