Well just to Follow up on my experience. My Dealer submitted my request to Stellantis twice and both were denied. Reason Truck is out of all Factory Warranty and the Mopar Maximum care dont cover interiors. So much for Good will anything. Dealer admitted "no your not the first to come here with...- Zaphod351LBI

Just opened a case for my 2020 with the same issue. They told me to take it to the Dealer and have them evaluate it. Dealer took Pictures and said they will work with Stellantis and get back to me in a few days. I am not overly optimistic as I am also the second owner and I have 99K Miles. Truck...- Zaphod351LBI
