Update: DO NOT BUY RAM WITH RAMBOX - Warping and Alignment Issue with 2019 Rams
I was told if you remove box assembly there are shims that need to be removed under boxes. Some need one front or one rear shim removed to correct lid to body alignment.- ywhat2002

Hard Downshifting
My brand new 2020 limited ecodiesel has just started harsh down shift coming to a stop. 400 miles now this. 74k truck. Can you send me tsb #? Truck is amazing minus the hard downshift.- ywhat2002
