Says they removed the vehicles cowl top cap on the dashboard. I didn't get to see what they did as I picked it up after hours...I'll try to get an answer when I go back for my tonneau cover replacement.

Honestly it was all of the time but when the wind shifted it would change the loudness of the whistle.

Yeah man, it was killing me. They originally told me my whole dash assembly needed to come out, which i wasn't thrilled about.

Got my Truck back from the dealer today, My whistle sounds was fixed! mine was coming from the lower windshield area when going 60+ MPH, it got worse when turning re circulation on or putting a window down. My noise was high pitched and pretty loud. I'm not sure of the exact details of this fix...

Where exactly did you do this? Ever get any pics?

Mine goes in next Monday for the tea kettle whistle. Dealership claims there's a fox and requires taking dash apart...not thrilled about that at all. Mine sounds like it's coming from the windshield area gets louder when turning recirculation on. Also when recirc is turned on I get a whirling...

Got a question, did you raise your truck to do this or just leave the tire on the ground?
