Update from my earlier posts Because I had voltage/battery issues beyond the grinding, I did not do the bearing swap. After 6 freaking months... They finally got a replacement mgu. They had to reach out to a dealer in another state to source it. Can't wait to have my truck back.

That's the main thing that I was concerned with too by replacing the bearing as I know it'll fix the noise, but wasn't sure if it'll fix the charging issue.
Just to confirm, those of you having this issue, are you also having a voltage drop in addition to the grinding noise?
I'm about to now go through the process of fixing the bearing which should obviously fix the noise, but I'm also having a voltage drop issue.
I'm guessing those are related...
I have a 2019 and also am now part of the crew with a failing MGU. Hopefully mine is just the bearing as well, it has a grinding noise happening and a voltage drop.
So if you do find out which bearing is correct for the 2019, I'll be following. I don't plan to take it apart for the moment.
