2020 Ram 1500 Will Not Reliably Start

I recently started having the same problems. One day: attempted to start truck, electronics went haywire with crackling in speakers, failed to start. Had the truck jumped, all was good besides CEL. Had the battery replaced. Truck continued to drain battery overnight. Finally saw the...

    Marker Lights Rear center

You have me considering just doing the wiring harness now instead of hard wiring. No sales code had to be activated for the light to work?

    Marker Lights Rear center

Just ordered everything. Is it pretty self explanatory to mount? I’m assuming I pull trim piece from location, replace with new trim piece that allows for light mount. Screws go into light, screws then go into nut and they attach to the new trim piece? Are my assumptions pretty close?

    Marker Lights Rear center

Ahh didn’t know about a plastic mount! Any part number by chance? I was just going to hard wire it instead of messing with harnesses. Did you have to drill holes to mount?

    Marker Lights Rear center

Looking to see if anyone has installed the 3500/TRX rear center marker lights on their 1500? Part number 68362184AB Plan to wire into trailer harness adapter that I got for my reverse pods. Curious if anyone knows if it’s a direct mount or if I will have to drill holes? I’ve seen talk about...

    Added some reverse lights today

Did my take on what I wanted for reverse lights using various methods found on here. Used the referenced Curt adapters. Wired to reverse lights and on a switch wired to constant power. Wired in bed lights as well, all feed to the trailer wire harness. Used 3.5 inch pods mounted on tubular...

Custom Tailgate Emblem and Custom Grille w/ Emblem

Thank you! Unfortunately no clips to align, just 3M. Can always use masking tape to mask off points of the old emblem before removing.

    Front driveshaft rubbing

I am so thankful you brought this up as it lead to me looking at the instructions. Lol I attached a screenshot. Looks like I’ll be calling the shop tomorrow and asking for a driveshaft replacement and asking them to finish the job!!

    Front driveshaft rubbing

A recent noise has came about and it was found that the front driveshaft is rubbing on a plastic guard for a cable. Trouble is, I don’t see how or why this has suddenly become a problem. I did just lift the truck 6 inches, however, I don’t see how this would have changed anything to put the...

    Air conditioning Hack

Alright, so after reading through all 67 pages and 3 days later… lol I first picked up the parts to do the hack, then came across the TSBs on here. Just spoke with my dealer, truck is at 41k miles and I do not have an extended warranty. Dealer says TSBs are not covered outside of warranty...

6inch RC Vertex and other small goodies!

Much better than basic 6 inch strut lift. I expected a lil better, however, realistically they are 37s lol. Might have seen that with a softer 35. I am happy with it though! Really absorbs large bumps well, speed bumps are night and day.
