The soot/sludge is wet so might need to pick up a new EGR cooler. I do not see any leaks. But it is wet inside intake manifold and the EGR tube

wow HPFP went bad again? I got mine recalled in september of 2024. I use a lot of Fuel additives and oil additives in my truck. Just cleaned the EGR tube.
