Ahh, I see you also got the Dealer Installed Swirly Paint Option... I had that on my 2009 Caliber SRT.. The Turtlewax black box would always make it vanish.

I use my truck for work, so its very useful to have my appointments come up on android auto, then I can just click them to nav to the address. Also Like Waze/Google maps, and you don't have to pay to update it. It also works better with audible, and selecting audiobooks, and with google play...

For me, and its strange.. its the rear defrost... this is my third Ram (I had a 2014 BigHorn CC and a 2016 Bighorn CC) and none of the ones before had Rear defrost.. and I got irritated that I couldn't see out of the rear window.... I guess its the little things in life..:)
