I have read that it generally should not...but if a warranty claim is related to the exhaust system they could try to screw you over.

Ok guys pulled the trigger on the AWE OFG Catback with Chrome Silver Tips. Should have it installed towards the end of the month. If I can figure out how to upload a damn video here I will.

Borla told me they are still in developement....so not ready yet.

I still think the AWE OFG sounds the best...I think. The Flowmaster has an option or two that sound ok as well. Still would like to hear Borla's when they come out.

Looking at that one as well...post vids when you have her installed and running!! Did you order and are having a company install for you? (curious as to the packaging and how well it arrives) A place I use local for mods doesn't know if they can order it or not.

Thanks guys! Just put on Billstein 5100son the rear this morning. I noticed an immediate ride quality improvement over the stock. (I has already leveled with Billstein's on the front...so now matching all around)

When I finally do decide and put one on...I will for sure. I am leaning towards the AWE 0FG...check them out. There are some others as posted above...but some companies are still in development.

LOL I also like not getting killed by my wife! I have owned WAY too many vehicles....I do like the new engine, I really do. Lots of power, decent gas mileage. (and the damn V-8 wasn't a thing when I bought it!!!) LOL

Exactly...it is why I am being really cautious with choosing this one. And I understand it won't sound like a true V-8...I get that. But you can improve the sound some. Just looking at all options. The AWE video from their site sounds really nice. Just casting a wide net.

Anyone get a creaking/groaning chirp type sound when they apply the brakes. I work on an AF Base, so I have my windows down approaching the gate guards...so that is probably the only reason I hear it. But when I press on the brakes I hear a corresponding noise like I described above. Brakes...

Nothing obnoxious and no need to **** off the neighborhood. Just a nice low growl or rumble would be nice.

Anyone try the Borla or Magnaflow on the Hurricane SO?
