I’m a little naive when it comes to towing… so let’s assume i have 800 lbs in truck between people/gear; that leaves me 721lbs payload. that 721 has to cover tongue weight of trailer? Do trailers typically list that? or it’s a % of trailer weight? If there is a Weight distribution hitch...

the 3.91 is really would add a lot to capacity? I don’t plan to tow much so im not too worried, the weight limit on my utility trailer is much lower. I was just expecting it to be in the 9-10k lbs range. Very happy I’m over 1500lbs for payload though.

My payload (1521) and tow capacity (8321) just showed up on the ram website; im happy with my payload, but the towing seems a bit low? I’ve got 4x4 hemi CC, i do have the 3.21 gears and im not planning to tow a lot—but it seems like i’m a lot lower than other i’ve seen post?
