Based on the feedback I got here, "right" means no scrape marks or bubbles. If I can see marks on the window from a couple of feet away, that is not acceptable based on everyone's reaction (and my past tint job).

Thanks for the confirmation. My concern at this point is whether they are capable of installing them without marks. Is it too much to expect minimal or no tool marks? The line in the picture I posted is obviously not acceptable but what about 1/4" size marks. Is any amount of those acceptable?
