Update: Picked up truck this afternoon. The primary culprit was the Motor Generator Unit (MGU), but they also replaced both tensioners, the serpentine belt, and the A/C Compressor. Big thank you to @RamCares for helping to work through this with the dealer, get the parts, and get it all fixed.
