Yes, U can change the 12 Volt on top of dash from "constant" to key. That fuse, I think 54, do not quote me, is in the fuse box which is under the steering wheel area behind the dash. You have to remove the small panel under the steering wheel area to access. U just change the fuse position, it...
U think, lmao. I have tinted windows, and use the Artic Breeze Brella (just for convenience) and also keeps windows cracked a lil (1 front/1 rear), which all helps dissipate heat but with 100 F plus everyday, hot.
RAM fan does HAVE 7 speeds but never been known to Blow you out of the truck...

OK, just ran into this problem with MY 19 DT truck. I changed battery out in November. On Sunday, battery was down to almost nothing and every friggin code thrown. Charged up enuf to get it to turnover...
Cold unknown, TIPM throwing 14.7/8 which is OK. The last time I put a reader on battery was when 1st bought and showed 12.6, but not sure how accurate and did not have my multi meter out, but doing well enuf now not concerned.
Yesterday, bought and had a New Battery put in. Stock OEM going bad, only has 12.02 Volts on cold status, and alternator pushing 14.9-15V to try and charge battery, so away I went to AutoZone and got a new Duralast Platinum AGM.
Something not right if DEALER wants to charge you for a Diagnosis of a Covered Issue. May be time for another dealer, cause they should not be charging you for a diagnosis on an item covered under warranty, IMHO...

bigdodge: Sounds like the "security" system is active preventing the truck from starting, that small red light is the security system. OP, Look in your 2019 vehicle manual, page 35.
