There's loads of tutorials on how to make a 'lift' from changing links, however that's just a sensor trick where the level / height sensor will compensate and raise the truck, stiffening ride, shortening travel etc. At the least, a set of tophat spacers and then links (Plastic or metal) are fine...
Yikes - I've been talking to the service manager via email for the past 2 years of issues (2 back windows, 1 steering rack, 1 MGU replacement) we know eachother too well honestly. I'm looking into Tundra towing capabilities at this point after this warranty runs dry.
Best of luck - some dealers...
Today?
Dropped it off at the local CDJR Service Drive, by appointment, only to be 'not looked at' over an 8 hour day for manifold tick on the passenger side (seems to do it on both, temps depending)
Yay Ram ownership!
Exactly what my 2019 Rebel sounds like, passenger side also though the drivers side did this intentionally, months ago where I have similar video as well
@RamCares after 3 back windows and a full interior guy for water intrusion, this is my next chapter in the Ram ownership saga - I have an...
Is that when your phone battery is topped off? On a long (13 hour road trip) my iphone 13 was cutting off carplay almost randomly while fully charged - I'd take the phone off and swap with with android (same cable, it's magnetic) and burn off some iphone battery with a full bright video on mute...
Good Question - so far? Seems like it - but we've had solid rain for the past week so it's time I check it out.
I'm not confident it's going to last after using this truck like a truck off road. Pretty sure body-flex helps cause the cracks outside of standard road vibration. I'm In the same...
Not sure if this got answered - I don't recall the parameter, however in the manual I believe it's a default that is persistent even when the Tazer is removed.
Double tap the Mute button and the Tailgate camera will turn on and stay on. That'll solve your question
However, I'd say since the...
Catching up on this thread - I just completed a 3rd rear window/component replacement as well and wanted to chime in on the fact that the NTSB et al need to pressure FCA/Stellantis to actually do something about this. Ridiculous that the same problematic piece is just replaced with a new...
To see behind you when you can't see out of the rearview - yeah?
There's a backup cam button which times out after ~15 seconds? But for fulltime on, you'd need to use a Tazer (or similar) to get permanent on as an option
Haven't been back to this thread in a while - still have the rattle but was taken aside to deal with the 3rd water intrusion from the back window/3rd brake light, so that took precedence...
as for lemon law for a rattle in the interior - (don't quote me, i'm not a lawyer),I believe one of the...
Well I’m back too- rear Bakelite cracked and window was already replaced, then 3rd brake light assembly yet again in March of this year.
Carpets are soaked, trim shows beaded water leaking out and drips/runs on the seats.
3rd time I’ll be visiting my local Ram for the same issue - amongst...
This helps! that pesky 'not compatible with rebel' seems to be a common note when manufacturers don't have a test mule
what's the hitch rating? I couldn't find it on westin's site; I bought a front hitch mount (also not compatible with rebel) and have yet to install it
You can get a decent marine set with a standalone bluetooth 'head' amplifier for ~1-150 online these days... I've been debating the same thing until I realize how many solid blutooth speakers I already own. So that's still my route - heck, $100 at costco will get you a bassy PA speaker that's...
