It came over the air. I never contacted anyone about the problem. I knew a fix was coming because someone on the forum said a fix was figured out and his was fixed by an over the air update.

It happened over the air. I got in my Tungsten and when I started the engine noticed a message saying there had been an update to you connect. When I read that I went to the comfort screen and found a new page for the seats that allowed me to do all the available adjustments to the seats.

Yesterday I got notified of a software update. With this update, the seats now work as they should.

Mine never showed up on the dealers website. I assume that is because it was presold.

The answer is on page 26 and page 203 in the owners manual. If I read it correctly you can have the truck lock when the key fob is not near the truck.

I reason that they didn't catch the rear view camera is that it works like it should for about 5 minutes and then starts going on and off every second and has the setting icon on it. They probably never had it on for more than a minute or so
