After 18+ hours of battery disconnected I reconnected the battery and truck operates fine. I still elected to have it towed to the dealer since I didn't want issues trying to get it there, dealer can't find anything wrong (my own fault for leaving the battery...
Unlike so many others no luckily I don't have any of the leaking issues. But this would make sense. I also just took out my multimeter and checked the battery it's sitting at 12.62V so it should be good still. Though I think it may be the original battery; it doesn't say RAM on it like the one...
