I figured it out. It's not bad getting the bezels out once you know the secret to each tab. The bottom tab is the worst. After popping out the inboard one, you can use tin snips to cut the bottom one off, then the outboard comes out with a shove of a screwdriver.

I don't know, and can't find it for the Hurricane, but don't exceed 35 ft/lbs. I know that's not much help, but I have a buddy who owns a shop and I'm going to ask him to look it up for me when I get a chance.
I'll be needing to change my oil shortly as well. Seems straight forward, but any tips or tricks would be nice. I'll try to do my own video and post it to help others out.
