Well it took us a bit. We had financing done prior to arriving s we only had to sign like 2 papers and email proof of insurance. Wifey want to test drive the truck as soon as we got there (idk why) so we drove it around the block. Then we had a hiccup with connecting the Ram app to the truck...

Yea he showed us the menu of options and the Bronze package with nothing under it was the same payment as the Gold package with Gap and 5 yr/70k mile warranty. When we asked him why he said the rate goes up if we don't add any of the packages.

He said they do. He's sending the paperwork over soon and I will be double checking!!

We were able to change from a 4x2 to a 4x4 a week after we ordered and were told if we changed again we would have to eat the deposit. I'm sure they would be able to sell the truck we ordered with less discount on the lot AND keep our $1k deposit!

Is there a way to sell/transfer a deposit at Mark Dodge? We ordered a 1500 v8 longhorn and want to upgrade it to a 2500 Cummins longhorn. But the truck will be at mark Dodge in the next 3 weeks and we will have to eat the deposit. Just curious if anyone knows!

Sandi has been awesome for us. We ordered a 22 Longhorn 4x2 4 weeks ago and realized last night we wanted the 4x4 why a few extra options instead. Shot an email over to her last night and today she responded saying we can move the $1000 non-refundable deposit to a new build!
