    Front Air Dam Removal

I just did mine yesterday to install a bull bar. Love the look, just making sure there's no functional loss by leaving it off. I'd have to cut slats into the air dam to reinstall. Not really wanting to fuss with it.

    Anybody running 285/55R22?

Ok, more tweaking than I expected. I'm now set at 34.64" (I believe that's the spec dimension from Nitto anyways). That has gotten me pretty damn close to perfect. At 80mph, I'm matching at 80. The app I'm using for gps/mph could have a delay, so I'm chalking any small variance up to that. While...

    Anybody running 285/55R22?

I have a 3.21. I wouldn't say I felt a loss of power, and I definitely didn't do any measurements to confirm. It feels a little heavier but it feels like a truck instead of pavement princess. I would say I felt the shift points affect the torque and feel of the drive. I think with most OBDII...

    Anybody running 285/55R22?

Welp I dove down the rabbit hole for my own psi question. Based on the change from OEM 285/45/22 to 285/55/22 the new recommended tire pressure for the load capacity is 45psi. Brief explanation from the calculator seen in the screenshot attached.

    Anybody running 285/55R22?

Badass looking truck! Have you messed with psi yet? I just got a Tazer DT and I'm adjusting the tire size to correct the shifting points/Speedo/Odometer. Debating on going up to 50-60psi from 40psi (what discount tires set to). That would probably push me up from 33.5" though, and could cause...

    Anybody running 285/55R22?

I did end up getting the 285/55/22 Nitto Ridge Grapplers and they would be absolutely perfect if I didn't put fender flares and some mudflaps on. (I'm overkilling it but I also drive on construction sites all day with shotrock and lose gravel, for work). Even with those adding about ~3/4" I'm...

    Gear Switch 3.21 to 3.92

Thanks that's great information. Does it affect the functions of cruise control at all?

    Gear Switch 3.21 to 3.92

Well besides it being a learning experience for me, I blame the gear ratio calculator I used.

    Gear Switch 3.21 to 3.92

Running them together you can't use the steering wheel controls? Every YouTube video I watched made it seem like they would work together fine. Tazer and pulsar both state '23 compatability. I'd love to disable the MDS with Pulsar. Tazer seems fun but not sure if I need it, especially if...

    Gear Switch 3.21 to 3.92

Oh and not to mention, from what I've seen Diablo doesn't offer a kit yet that works for '23 models. I could be wrong but I haven't found it anywhere. I've only seen the edge pulsar kit with monitor for '23. Don't really need the monitor, I'd want it without.

    Gear Switch 3.21 to 3.92

Thanks for the reply and help! It's a larger tire. From talking more in depth with friends who knows a lot more than I, sounds like I won't need to worry too much. Just need to find the right chip/tuner to accomplish all the goals in mind. I'm looking to stop MDS, adjust tire size, fix shift...

    Gear Switch 3.21 to 3.92

It's somewhat related, but I'd love to hear what this guy has to say about tire size increase and adjusting/regearing for shift points or tranny wear&tear. How can I pose a question to him? Clearly I want my Speedo, ABS, and all the other tech to sync properly with the new RPMs. Basically...

    Anybody running 285/55R22?

Same question over here. '23 ram Laramie night edition with air ride self leveling from factory. Looking at 285/55/22 or 295/55/22 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. I just don't want to rub at entry/exit mode, and I'm willing to heat gun some small plastics if that's all it takes.
