    Bed Rack Options with Rambox

Great setup. Did you go with the mid-height 11.5" riser option?

Largest tires on Stock Rebel suspension and wheels

So by running the wider TRX wheels you can fit a 12" tire. Looking to do the same. I beleive the offset on those wheels is the same as Rebel stock. Curious how the stance ended up and if you used spacers. With the added height are you getting any rub (front backside edge)? Send a pic, would love...

I got some TRX take offs on my Rebel

Strong work! Looks great. I’m gonna do the 3/4 spacer for now and see. Likely adding a 3.5” lift (net 2.5” gain) over time.

I got some TRX take offs on my Rebel

Where was the rubbing: Forward inside edge or outside edge or both? Or backside on which side? Would appear the backside outside edge is most vulnerable.

I got some TRX take offs on my Rebel

Glad it worked out. That’s what I’m wanting avoid however, so curious if you feel a smaller spacer would help.

I got some TRX take offs on my Rebel

Reading that well rubbing is occurring with 1.25 to 2.0 spacers. By my calcs the minimum spacer needed to fully clear the control arm is 0.737, so 3/4. Do you guys think a smaller spacer would minimize or eliminate the well rub?

    Bed Rack Options with Rambox

Added rod holders to the underside. With the tailgate closed the rods are safe and secure. Still plenty of room for my gear box and generator to slide in underneath also. Used basic Berkeley twist lock rack from Amazon (Berkley Twist Lok Rod Rack...

    Bed Rack Options with Rambox

No issues at all. Two adults and a large dog with gear inside the tent. I’m not an engineer, but I believe the structural fit of the platform certainly helps distribute the load evenly and in a sheer downward manner to the bug rails. That sheer distribution would give the possible best load...

    Bed Rack Options with Rambox

I also used Rhino Rack but did a platform instead. The foot packs are prolly the same tho. Details from earlier post... https://5thgenrams.com/community/threads/bed-rack-options-with-rambox.7514/post-302927 but get the 25mm spacers like@ Warmistead did and RamBox will open wider.

    Official RamBox Adjustment Procedure?

If it’s aligned on the other end then it may be a simple hinge adjustment. You should get about 1/8” of play on the hinge. > Only barely loosen the two bolts on the top side (lid) of the hinge. Loosen only enough so that a push or pull will cause movement, not so much that it is free by its...

    Official RamBox Adjustment Procedure?

Did the striker plate adjustment fix your alignment? I have the same alignment issues: Vertical as discussed for the striker plate adjustment, and like yours, Horizontal where the lower corners bend in. There is about 1/8” of horizontal play by loosening the top hinge 10mm bolts but then the...

    Bed Rack Options with Rambox

I’ll upload pics later but wanted to share this with the group. I just finished the install of Rhinorack Pioneer platform to create a custom bed rack. Vehicle: 2020 Rebel with Rambox and the OEM bed utility track system. The Rhinorack: “In bed” rack using a Pioneer tray (52x56), RLT600 legs...

    Old Style Thule Foot Packs

Any updates? I have a Thule roof rack with the Traverse foot pack. Currently Thule does not make a 19-20 Ram 1500 fit kit for the Traverse. Have to buy the Evo foot pack, but the reviews are horrible on wind noise. Looking at the Evo foot design becomes obvious why. Curious if anyone has found a...
