What’s the Ram Cares phone number you used to call? I called them 2 weeks ago and they never called me back of any update after the case was opened.

my truck has been sitting at the dealership for 9 weeks now, they put it on the top of the priority list, called ram care opened a case to expedite it, still waiting, so good luck.

a what’s the stellantis phone number? I called ram service today, not sure if it’s the same number, they opened a case for me, and the ETA for the part is next week the 18th, fingers crossed.

If it’s the MGU it should be covered by the 8/80k warranty and they should give you a loaner free of charge. I’ve been driving the jeep compass they gave me for 2 months now, just called ram service today, they opened a case and hopefully they will expedite the part, ETA on the 18th next week.

Nice you got it back “quick”, mine was in since Feb 14th, ETA is the 18th this month, they’ve been pushing it back 3 times already, fingers crossed.

They should if your truck still under 8/80000 warranty.
