Were you able to determine the issue? I've had my 2020 for 2 years now, and my Uconnect shut down and restarted while driving on the highway for the first time today. Very curious if this is the sign of other issues to come? Also, you mentioned "last couple of days" how often did yours shut off...- TheeLaw
