Before I click buy on a bunch of stuff for this and another mod... Wanted to hopefully confirm that's it's not possible to get handles, or other parts, unpainted (not textured nor chrome, just primed)? I haven't come across this option during my search. Is this something a dealer could do? You...

Just a heads up for any Anvil BTS owners. I noticed during research you can get PE and regular handles in Anvil - because it was a color for the TRX. I know this generally isn't possible for other BTS colors, and there's been some discussion here about possibilities/alternatives.

It has a button for manual on/off and comes on for some amount of time when vehicle unlocked. I believe it will also come on when liftgate opened, reliant on tailgate ajar sensor and programming.

The benefit is you can buy four parts and not deal with running anything to the front of the truck, pinning wires, etc. Just swap harnesses, plug in the lights, and program. You can do this for any model year. If you're planning to do this mod, and want an easier way, don't buy the Mopar kit.

Everyone saying just walk away and order from elsewhere... The incentives won't be there on a '24 regardless of where you order from. $5-7k is not "oh well" money, especially if getting a loan with today's rates. These trucks aren't worth it. I'd be looking at other models unless the dealer...

I'm approaching the same situation on my '21. Can't bring myself to get MaxCare that doesn't cover LED headlights and other electronics. Will likely get independent inspection before 3/36 expires.

So make the project even more unnecessarily expensive? I can't imagine any reason I would need PE on the rear doors. The front handles are a few feet away.

They don’t make PE handles in the textured black that comes on our trucks. Main reason I haven’t done this yet. You’ll have to get painted handles of some sort, choice is yours. And change all four if you want them to match.

I have this on my '21 eTorque. Been that way since the day I got it. Figured it was normal.

Any recommendations for scratch removal on the lower black bumper? Had a bunch of stuff in my garage, had to pull in crooked and the door caught the widest point just right of the license plate.

Yea, here at Wawa in Mid Atlantic 89 is usually 30-40 cents more than 87. Then only another 10 cents to 91. I have been mixing 87 and 91 lately to save ~15-20 per gallon. I'd love to understand why it's priced that way. It is only a minor inconvenience, for now.

Was considering getting MaxCare and this sealed the deal for me. Most concerned about electronics going bad vs. mechanical parts. If it won't even cover headlights (it's not like they're bulbs), then what good is it?
