I agree. The Ram Cares guys asked the same question. Makes me feel warm and fuzzy that something that can break in shipping is what powers this truck. Imagine the torque and abuse it gets installed.- subnole72

Follow up - The third MGU arrived at dealership yesterday. Guess what, it was damaged too. So still at dealership and Ram said i can start buyback anytime.- subnole72

update: truck has been at dealership for 38 days now. ordered second MGU which arrived 4 days ago. They opened it this morning and it is damaged and unuseable. It is possible to get a faulty replacement. Not sure how to test these so cant say for sure. I did give a few suggestions to the service writer based on this forum and he seemed grateful for any help. Spoke with Ram Corp. this morning and another MGU and parts will be delivered next week...- subnole72

2020 Big Horn Lonestar with 200 miles. Same issues. Replaced MGU and same problems. I got to drive the truck for 2 whole days! Purchased Aug 9 in shop Aug 11 still waiting.- subnole72
