Lay the liner in the sun to flatten out. It comes rolled up. The directions are very straightforward. I did it by myself so it's pretty easy. -

Got the Weathertech bed liner and i love it. Just became available about a month ago and only $225 for the bed and tailgate. Color matches the bed rails perfectly!
