Not sure if you guys have your phones bluetooth connected to your truck...I never connected mine only the Carplay dongle. It seems when I have issues is if I remote start and then get in the truck fire it up and then run back in the house quickly with my phone, I might run into a connection...

Can't speak to the last one you mentioned. All I can say is the 3.0 and 4.0 would not work. I assume you know this, but the carplay does not fill the whole 12" screen, just the top half. Give that Ottocast a shot and let us know...best case you find a new option for us, worst case you return it...

I feel poor now....crazy expensive.

Update - started having issues with Carlinkit 4.0...will freeze then disconnect. returning to amazon and plugged back in the Cplay2air dongle. https://cplay2air.com/ It's been plugged in for over 24hrs now and so far so good...we shall see.

So just got these today...also have the 2" front level and 1.5" rear level from Motofab. The ol' girl is the 2021 Laramie w/ factory 22s. Question - will these tires fit without issue now or should I wait and install the level kits first? Chicken & Egg.... Thanks!

Update: A little S$it show happened...I ordered the 4.0, had problems, then ordered the 3.0 had problems then pulled out my old Air2Play one which worked. for some reason I opened up the Carlinkit box again to look at the cable (I have DJI drone that requires the USB C to be in a certain...

I've come across lists on some sites stating that the 3.0 and 4.0 models are compatible with the 2018-'21 Ram 1500. (Mine's a 2019, per my signature, and it's working great. Not sure what year you have.) Roger That... Just ordered this one, I have a 2021 Ram 1500...

Would you mind sending a link to the Carlinkit 3.0 - the ones I see say they are not compatible with Ram, or at least do not list them under the manufacturers.... What about the Carlinkit Dongle? Thanks!

Too many “waters” makes people open Ram Boxes…it’s in the manual.

Quick question. Saw in a review that the Ram Boxes have a drain plug….true? would be great for tailgating and holding….”waters”.
