Update: Truck in 5/10-11 they couldn't duplicate issue, told to pick up truck. 5/12 happened again. 5/13 back at dealer, this time got rental. 5/20 dealership calls and asks if I can come in and try to get it to happen. 2019 Ram 1500 transmission lag then jumps
Just got my 2019 BigHorn 8 days ago. And on test drive it wouldn't go, then BAM!! Slammed into gear. Figured it was a stuck brake. But it has happened 5 times in 8 days. Dealer seems be ignoring my issue. Already mentioned I will bring it back for a different one, again felt ignored. Can't be...- space2ace
