    I did not, I’m not too familiar with stuff like this I have allot to learn, just dropped it off at the dealer today for repair.

    So I did this and it still is having the same issue, I tried disconnecting again and letting it sit for a hour and the dash is turning...

    That is not normal. Disconnect your negative battery cable, give it a minute, reconnect it.
