Should a reputable shop or the shop I got the tires from be able to accomplish this?
My neighbor got a set of the same tires, same size and everything and hasn't had any issues
I assumed likely that but I would have a hard time believing more than one was problematic and if it's just one why didnt it change with tire rotation?
Also, how can this be diagnosed definitively and would the tire warranty, even if it's just prorated tread wear, be an option?

Good question. My road trips are always Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years. No idea on winds but my best mpg was 23 hand calc driving Ohio to Florida at 70mph for Thanksgiving 2 years ago.
