I never had this issue with UC4 on the Limited, UC5 on the TRX does this unfortunately

my 23 TRX does the same, my better half texts me and UC5 says is someone else

Current for a 22 not 23

They said NAV for sure a big fat no, not sure about cameras

They have said multiple times Uconnect 5 will never work with nav in motion

Completely remove your phone from the truck and reconnect fresh

You should consider going to a new dealer. Haggling with them to do an update is unacceptable.

Just got back from a 2100 mile road trip. Averaged 14mpg. I also had the ACC on at 90mph most of the trip. Not the greatest gas mileage, but man what an awesome road trip vehicle. 4 adults fully loaded all comfortable. BTW, the ACC is funny how quickly it accelerates to get back up to speed.

Most new phones and pretty much any device is Type-C now.

Do the TSB. It will make your ears bleed now with volume level. Stereo rocks now.

Don't waste your time and take it to a new dealer. If they can't accomplish a simple firmware update on the amp, imagine the damage they will do to your truck if you let them wrench on it.

RUN to your dealer with this TSB and have them do the firmware update on the amp IMMEDIATELY!!! HUGE DIFFERENCE. It will get loud now and make your ears bleed.
