Probably, but without seeing a picture or you knowing how much weight you have back there, it is hard to say. But your Laramie only hauls about 1200-1400 including all passengers and cargo. Best thing to do is check your weight on a CAT scale.
Nothing like an early morning Luyed reverse lights install. This probably should have take an hour or so to install, but I gave myself a few issues due to my own stupidity. So three hours and a lot of not so nice words to myself later, I finally finished the install. Night and day difference!
I received these over the weekend, and finally got a chance to install them this morning. I am not very handy with electrical stuff and I chose to do a direct connection to the trailer wires with T-taps. The Curt connection option sounded great, but even after asking questions and getting more...
Thank you for all the info. If I were to use the T-tap method like the OP, should I be concerned about the small splice in the trailer harness wires if I were to remove these lights? Or would that be inconsequential if I were to put electrical tape over each wire, and then re-tape and loom the...
Anyone have a link to an actual step-by-step process for installing these? I want to do one on each side of the tow hitch, but man I'm scared of jacking this up. I understand the OP's way of T-tapping, but the part about using the curt harness is messing with my brain. I can look at the pictures...
The RamBox outlet is almost pointless for running any power tool other than a corded dremel or charging a wireless speaker. Couldn't run my shop vac or my corded impact drill....the only two things I really would have liked it for so far.
Never had a vehicle with air suspension. So I guess I can't miss what I haven't had. The only reason I am considering adding air to the rear is for the towing aspect. I towed a 3600 lb car hauler empty and it would have squatted like crazy had I not used a WDH. I would expect some rear bags...
Please help me understand this. Where do you find this information? A Google search just took me to a bunch of questions about MDS. It is my understanding MDS is indicated not only by the change in exhaust note when driving, but also by the ECO light that comes on my infotainment center.
I have eTorque and my MDS kicks on at really any speed I go from an acceleration to a coast. It doesn't matter the speed. I am not sure if it is regenerative braking I feel, but I do appreciate how secure the braking system makes me feel on this truck. Does all of this you are experiencing stop...
I love and support my Commander in Chief. This is a man who stands up for what is right, but not always popular. This is a man who is not afraid to call out the bad actors. This is a man who lives by the mantra Make America Great Again! This is a man I would gladly go to battle for!
Got it in March this year. Approaching 3200 miles. Never been on the highway more than 20 minutes. Tow with it more than I ever thought I would. Been very fortunate so far. So yes I would purchase again, but definitely with 3.92 and bigger fuel tank.
