Well I won arbitration and ram has to replace my truck!!! My advice is take videos of the incidents when they occur. And if you have not contacted ram cares then do so and they can reimburse you for a rental. As for a solution, as I stated previously STAR stated on my work order “no resolution...
Thanks, just did a ncds arbitration on the truck. We will see how that goes. Last time I had it in the shop STAR stated “no resolution for repair at this time”.
I was looking on the Nhtsa site at all the complaints and noticed on one of the most recent ones someone from Gulfport MS said they got a letter from RAM that he would be charged for any further service appointments for this issue. Any body else heard of this or got that letter???
