Not sure, it is tight, but my shop just did it. I've had them rebalanced because the wheel weights have fallen off a few times because I had the wheels ceramic coated, but never had an issue getting them balanced
Mine had a rub at full lock when stock too. Turns out the fender liner was kind of bent out of shape and sticking in toward the tires. It was easy to spot once I went looking for it and just bent it back to fix

Ride quality didn't change from my perception. MPG is harder to say, I really only drive the truck around town and have driven less than 1/2 a tank since the install. That said, my mileage was pretty poor before so I'm not expecting a huge drop off.
Yea I'll try and make an exhaust clip here in the next few days. I was also torn between the corsa and borla s-type, but found a good price and a rebate on the corsa so I made the jump
I installed the factory power boards too. No clearance issues on either side. They work as expected without being flashed, but obviously no button on the infotainment until it's flashed.
