The FCA field rep is scheduled to come out tomorrow (Tuesday) to look at it (day 11 of ownership, day 9 of it being at the dealership) so we will see what happens after this. Everyone seems to agree there is an issue. Just a matter if they can determine what causes it and can fix it.
To my knowledge, they do not offer the 2500 in a classic package like they do with the 1500. If they do offer it, I have never seen a 2019 2500 classic.
