I had the sunroof tinted with 80% ceramic tint. It does make a big difference but let’s face it, if the truck sits in the sun for hours it’s still going to get hot. Biggest difference is when driving, very little heat and light get in.

I’ve got the Longhorn Ram. First truck I’ve had with a sunroof. And from now on I’ll always have one if possible. I had it tinted to help with the west Texas summer. Quick way to vent heat out and since I occasionally smoke a cigar on a long drive it really helps there too.

Are you talking about the presets being blank? If so, you might check and make sure your listener profile is set up. It’s an intermittent problem for a lot us. Happens to me a couple of times a year, no explanation. I have to re-enter my user profile and reset the presets.

Maybe try one of the forums for the 2018 models. This forum is for the 5th gen models.
