On our road trip last year - top of Schafer Trail in Canyonlands National Park. Had to use them the day before as we switched routes in to the Moab area & I mis-judged the amount of gas I would need !

Had the rack installed for a while & it’s solid. Used it to haul lumber, been out on a long road trip, couple of runs out on desert trails & it never moved.

No pics, too busy trying to see the edges of the road in middle of the thunderstorm so we could get out of Canyonlands while the roads were still drivable.

I really like the look of them & I’ve already used one as a rock rail when I scratched it up a few weeks ago. They’re more of a “toe step” than a ”foot step” though.

Finally got the brackets painted & hooks painted then got everything mounted up without too many problems (air suspension module on passenger side is a bit of a PITA getting the bolts back in). While I had the paint out, I did my from hooks in red too. Overall, very pleased with the new look.
