No, stock tires. They’re 33.19” which is plenty big enough for me. The 3.92 gears are perfectly suited for this size tire when I’m towing.
I tow my bass boat and when it’s hooked to the truck, I do not want the rear lower than the front and I don’t want to mess with airbags. I like a slight...
Where are you getting your information? Not my experience at all!
91 degrees, towing 7500 pounds through rolling hills, cruise set at 66 mph. Would only lose 1 mph on the hills and shift down to 6th worse case. Shifts were butter smooth under load and if it weren’t for watching tach and gauges...
Nitto just released a D rated tire in 275/70/18 in the Grappler G3 which is a new offering from them. They offer the same size in E rated also.
The D rated tire only weighs 46 pounds and the E rated at just 52.
The stock Duratracs are E rated and ride surprisingly well at 50/40 air pressures but...
If you guys want to see a mess, you should have been around in the mid to late ‘70’s when there was 30 feet of vacuum hose all over the engine. It was easy to remove and do away with but one little dry cracked hose ruined your gas mileage and power. The electronic age allows things to be precise...
The Hurricane was designed to take these kinds of pressures. The guy that led the design of the Hurricane did an interview with some you tuber and he explains a lot about it’s possibilities. I’m pretty sure he said that block could handle the kind of power the Hellcats are producing.
I know...
I love the sound and performance of V8 engines. I own vehicles with the 5.7, 6.4 & 6.2 SC Hemi’s. I also appreciate engineering that goes beyond what the V8’s are producing.
I used to have two Ford company trucks, one with a 5.0 and the other with the Ecoboost. The EcoBoost was much better...
First thing, all the MotoFab suspension parts I used were for ‘19 to ‘24 Ram 1500’s.
Stock, my truck was raked 2 7/8”. I finally decided to go with 2 1/2 inch spacers for the front end. Well, that netted exactly 2 7/8” lift making the truck dead level when measuring at the wheel well openings. I...
Installed 1” spring spacers at the rear end. Installed 2.5” front spacers previously and that netted 2 7/8” which made the truck ride dead level front to rear. 1” rake looks much better.
My first 24 hours was disappointing to say the least; fuse popped that connects the two batteries. After that, nothing but good. I use it daily for running around town, 1,000 mile round trips, pulling my bass boat and everything in between.
I always let my truck idle down after I start it as...
If you didn’t lock in the price, don’t be afraid to ask for a reduced price as I bought my ‘25 Rebel for over $11k off sticker and I’m pretty sure the dealer isn’t being totally honest about their cost. Mine only sticker’d for just over $69k.
My truck is a 2025 Rebel which has 3.92 gears and mine has the towing package. Had to move my 24’ enclosed Sundowner car hauler today about 10 miles. Trailer weighs right at 5,000 pounds empty, has a 11,500 pound GVWR. I live in very hilly rolling terrain. It was windy today and I didn’t adjust...
Same here; ordered running boards listed on their site. They sent boards with wrong brackets. Conversed back and forth and even though I showed them there is a part number for the correct brackets, they refused to send correct brackets. They offered a return and I said I’m out of state and...
