I received my trailer hitch from Car-ID today and this is exactly how it was delivered!! I’m livid, especially with everything else going on with my truck and the dealership. No box, no bubble wrap, just a tiny bit of SaranWrap pretty much!! Talk about bad luck!! 2019 Ram 1500 BigHorn
